If you are a Creator in a course, you can share it with other Creators, Assistants, and Viewers to collaborate.
To do this, open your course and select the Sharing tab on the bar under the course title.
This page shows all users who can access the course in Create. Press the Add Collaborator button on the right to select the user you want to have access, and choose between one fo the following roles:
- Creators have full Create access to the course.
- Assistants can’t change any course content, visibility, or due dates, but they can review assessment submissions, leave comments on Learner conversations, and send out announcements.
- Viewers are only able to open the course and view its contents.
