In Honor Administration, there are two ways you can create multiple enrollments at one time.
To add multiple enrollments in a single action, click the three dots menu in the top right corner of the Courses list or Users list and select Enroll Users.
There are two ways you can create multiple enrollments at a time:
Search & Enroll
When you select Enroll Users, this option will open by default.
Fill out the following details for the enrollments you want to create
- Select the users you want to enroll.
- Select their enrollment role.

- Select the course(s) in your institution in which you want to enroll them.
Once you’re done, click Add enrollments.

Bulk Import
You can also add enrollments by uploading a formatted CSV file. To do this, select Bulk Import at the top of the Enroll Users window.
To ensure that the data you upload matches our system requirements, download the sample file, open it up in a spreadsheet software, and fill your user data into the sheet according to its format. Here’s more detail on how to fill out this sheet:
- Course ID: The Course ID can be found in the metadata on the Course’s Page in Honor Admin. To copy this ID to your clipboard, click on the value under the Honor Course ID header.
- User ID: The User’s email address

Course Role: This field accepts any of the following values: Student, Assistant, Viewer, and Creator.

Note: You can create enrollments for multiple courses and for multiple users, all in the same CSV file.
Here’s an example of a completed Enrollment Upload sheet:
When you’re finished creating your Enrollment Upload sheet, export it from your spreadsheet software as a CSV.
Drag it into the Bulk Import window and click Import.
All enrollments listed in your upload will be created. This process may take a couple minutes.
