Note: Knowledge Checks are currently a beta feature. While their full functionality is enabled in Honor Learn, the instructor has no ability to see student responses or activity in Knowledge Checks.
If your institution does not have Knowledge Checks turned on, and you would like to explore this feature, please contact support@honor.education.
Knowledge Checks are a way for learners to check their understanding as they go through your course.
A Knowledge Check consists of one or more multiple-choice questions, embedded directly in a course Topic, just like a Prompt. Learners can answer each question once, and then the correct answer is displayed.
Here’s how to create a Knowledge Check:
In your course Topic, click the + button. Select Knowledge Check.
If Knowledge Check is not an option, your institution does not have this feature turned on. Reach out to support@honor.education for assistance.
First, give your Knowledge Check a title and an optional description.
Then, write out your first question. List the answer choices. Check the box next to the correct answer choice. If the question has multiple correct answers, check the box at the top to Allow multiple selections.
Click + Add Question to continue creating questions. You can add as many questions as you want to a Knowledge Check.
Click Save to save your Knowledge Check. It will only save if it has a title, and all questions have at least one correct answer choice.
