This article outlines steps to configure Honor Education Production LTI integration in Canvas.
LTI Developer Key Registration
As a Canvas admin, visit Admin → Developer Keys.
Click Add Developer Key → select LTI Key.
Enter Key Name (for example: Honor Education Production). Optionally enter Owner Email and Notes, for reference.
Select Enter URL as the configuration method.
Paste https://lti.honor.education/v1p3/config/canvas into JSON URL field and click Save.
Turn the key ON, and make note of the Client ID (in Details column). Client ID is a numeric identifier for the LTI key registration. Provide the Client ID to Honor Education.
LTI Deployment
Honor Education LTI integration can be deployed at account, sub-account, or course level. Visit:

Admin → Settings,

Admin → Sub-Accounts → select sub-account → Settings, or

Course → Settings
to deploy the integration.
Select Apps tab and click on Add App.
Select By Client ID as the configuration type.
Enter the Client ID you obtained from the earlier LTI key registration step.
Once the app is added, click on its gear icon and select Client Id.
Copy the Deployment ID to provide to Honor Education.
Perform LTI Launch
By default Honor Education link will appear in Course Navigation menu. Click on the link to perform an initial LTI launch to Honor Education.
You may see an error about access. This is expected.
After performing initial LTI launch, provide the Client ID and Deployment ID to Honor Education to complete LTI integration setup.
