There are two methods to access your students' responses to your Short Answer, Quick Poll, and File Upload Prompts:
Prompt Engagement Analytics
In Honor Create, you can access detailed breakdowns of student responses to each of the Prompts in your course.
This article covers Prompt Engagement analytics in more detail.
Downloading Student Engagement Reports
In addition to using our Contextual Analytics to view your learners’ Prompt Responses, you can download our Engagement Reports for access to the raw data.
We offer five downloads:
-
Student Engagement Report
This CSV shows aggregate numbers about each student's participation in the course, including their Prompt Completion %, number of Reactions, and number of Conversations.
-
Student Progress Report
A CSV showing your students’ progress through every piece of learning material in the course. Each material is marked with each student’s completion status.
-
Prompt Responses
A CSV containing all of your students’ responses to every prompt in the course. For Prompts that haven’t been answered yet, those rows are left blank.
-
Reactions Report
A CSV containing all of your students’ Reaction and Public Note activity.
-
Quiz Report
A CSV showing student performance on all Quizzes in the course.
To access these reports, open up the course you’re interested in. In the bottom right corner you’ll see a panel labeled Download Reports.
These reports are downloaded in CSV format. Open them up in a spreadsheet software, such as Excel or Google Sheets, to work with the data.
